WATER BASED ACRILIC PRIMER PRE AND POST-METALLIZATION

This product is for metal paper producers. Applied before a metallization, the product retain aluminum particles in the paper. Over the metallization, the primer has the function to prepair the paper already metallized to receive the printing ink, facilitating the adhesion and ink drying . Beyond to increase the quality of the metallized support, this new primer (water based), allow a cleaner system, as dispensing solvents commonly used in these formulations.

WATER BASED VARNISH HIGH GLOSS FOR HIGH ABSORPTION SUPPORT

For packaging segment, this product can be used in supports until 450 g/m², giving superior gloss in more acessable cards.

WATER BASED MATTE VARNISH FOR PROTECTION

Developed to attend the needs of promotional sector, the varnish confers to support superior rub resistance, reducing the time of drying and preparing for aplication of other resourches as UV varnishes.

UV VARNISH HIGH GLOSS - SILK

The notability of this varnish is its versatility . The varnish can be used in support with or without BOPP laminating, in mailing, folders, packagings, etc. This characterístic allows that the graphic minimize stock itens and reduce the time of machine regulations in the change of the shift, contributing to production increase and cost reduction . As the product gives more flexible recovering, the varnish allows to support a better resistante to mechanical processes as relief, cutting and crease.
